  13. DJ Delorie's port of GNU C (djgpp available from oak.oakland.edu in
  14. pub/msdos/djgpp : be sure to get the dj111m1, m2 ,m3; and from simtel20
  15. mirrors) make is straightforward to compile the web2c-6.1 on 386+ PC's
  16. under DOS. Delorie's DOS extender will run under Windows 3.1, so the
  17. EXEs can be used in a DOS Window. To save repeated effort in setting the
  18. parameters, I have prepared "web2pc02.zip" which is available in the
  19. web2c directory of CTAN. You need web2c-6.1 and web-6.1 as well.
